Hainan’s social logistics totaled 237.484 billion yuan in the first quarter, a year-on-year increase of 36.59%

According to the information disclosed by the Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission on May 14, the total social logistics of the province in the first quarter of 2021 was 237.484 billion yuan, an increase of 36.59% year-on-year (a decrease of 16.61% in the first quarter of 2019). Affected by the low base number in the same period last year and the steady improvement of macroeconomic operations, all indicators showed substantial growth.

 

Specifically, the total logistics of agricultural products in the first quarter was 48.678 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.4%, accounting for 20.5% of the total logistics, and the proportion decreased by 2.19 percentage points in the same period; the total industrial logistics in the first quarter was 66.552 billion yuan, an increase of 17.2% year-on-year, accounting for the total logistics 28.02% of the total, the proportion decreased by 4.64 percentage points during the same period; the demand for imported logistics increased significantly. In the first quarter, the total logistics of imported goods in our province was 20.291 billion yuan, an increase of 82.21% year-on-year, accounting for 8.54% of the total logistics, and the proportion increased by 2.14 percentage points in the same period; the total logistics of goods inflows from other provinces in the first quarter was 101.184 billion yuan, an increase of 53.89% year-on-year (compared to 2019 Annual increase of 121.61%), accounting for 42.61% of the total logistics, and the proportion increased by 4.79% over the same period.

Including the new tax-free policy for outlying islands last year, four new outlying island tax-free business entities have been added, which has improved the supply capacity of the market and expanded the demand in the consumer market; and the recent increase in the allocation of indicators for the increase of passenger cars, and the higher and higher winning rate, which has driven The hot sales in Sanya and Haikou Auto Shows in March set off a consumption boom, leading to an increase in demand for animal traffic.

In the first quarter of 2021, the total logistics cost of the whole society was 34.243 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 115.77%. According to analysis, with the implementation of the registration port policy of "China Yangpu Port", the number of registered international ships has gradually increased, and the international shipping turnover and volume have increased on a large scale. This has promoted the rapid growth of the total social logistics cost, and has contributed to the economic growth of the province. Growth has played a fundamental, leading and leading strategic role in the construction of free trade ports. Judging from the law of the construction of free trade ports in the world, the trend characterized by rapid growth in income from ports, shipping, aviation, and hub economies in our province is expected to exist for a long time.

 

　　In terms of transportation volume, in the first quarter of this year, Hainan completed cargo transportation volume of 69.455 million tons, an increase of 88.7% year-on-year. The transportation mode was mainly water transportation, followed by road, railway, and civil aviation transportation. The cargo throughput of major ports in the province was 47,756,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%.
